We have experienced a case of Asphyxiating thoracic dystrophy in 22 hour old boy who had constriction of thorax and short extremities. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical features, radiological and autoptic finding.
A brief review of the related literatures was also made.

The efficacy of transcutaneous Minolta Bilirubinometer was evaluated in 169 jaundiced.
Korean newborn infants, regardless the causes of jaundice, who were admitted to the pedia-
tric ward and nursery of wallace Memorial Baptist Hospital, Busan, since Nov. 1981.
